About Pixellence

Linda McCormack, under the trade name Pixellence, has been designing and developing websites since 1997. As her trademark conveys, she is known for excellence with respect to unique design, project management and ongoing customer support.

With deep and broad roots in the Long Island business and not-for-profit communities, Linda brings additional value to her client relationships by making important connections on behalf of her clients.

She was a founding member of the Long Island Web Developers Guild and served five years on the board of the Long Island Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. Linda also served six years on the board of the Long Island Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, where she built and managed the group’s website, email marketing, and contributed to strategic planning.

Currently, she works with the Risk Management Association of Long Island, producing both digital and print newsletters. She also manages website content and the membership function for the Accountant Attorney Networking Group.

Before launching her web development business in 1997, Linda had a successful career in commercial lending. Her ability to understand what makes a business thrive was shaped by working with clients across diverse industries—from apparel and printing to steel manufacturing.

Linda has donated website services to organizations such as The Coalition to Save Hempstead Harbor and Pet Peeves. She has advised the Sea Cliff Tech Task Force.
